Its primary objective is to promote the comprehensive development of Other Backward Classes (OBC), Deprived Castes, Nomadic Tribes, and Special Backward Classes in the state.

  • UPSC Examination Coaching:

MAHAJYOTI provides coaching for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations, aiming to prepare candidates for national-level civil services.

  • MPSC Examination Coaching:

The institute offers free coaching for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examinations. The application process for this program began on June 27, 2024, and interested candidates can apply through the organization's website.

  • Pre-Police Recruitment Training:

MAHAJYOTI conducts pre-recruitment training programs for candidates aspiring to join the police force. Application forms and details are available on their notice board.

  • JEE/NEET/MH-CET Coaching:

Eligibility Criteria

UPSC Examination Coaching

The annual family income of the candidate’s household must meet the eligibility threshold set by the institute (usually as per government norms).

  • Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or be in the final year of their degree.

  • Age Limit:

OBC: 21-35 years.

Additional age relaxations as per UPSC norms.

  • Domicile Requirement:Candidates must be residents of Maharashtra and provide a valid domicile certificate.

MPSC Examination Coaching

  • Target Groups:

Applicants must belong to OBC, Deprived Castes, Nomadic Tribes, or Special Backward Classes.

  • Educational Qualification:

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Income Limit:

Family annual income must meet the eligibility limit set by the institute.

IBPS Examination Coaching

  • Target Groups:

Must belong to OBC, Deprived Castes, Nomadic Tribes, or Special Backward Classes.

  • Educational Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is mandatory for most banking and SSC exams.

  • Income Limit:

Annual family income should fall under the prescribed threshold.

Banking (IBPS/SBI): 20-30 years (OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years relaxation).

Pre-Police Recruitment Training

  • Target Groups:

Must belong to the specified categories: OBC, Deprived Castes, Nomadic Tribes, or Special Backward Classes.

  • Educational Qualification:

Minimum qualification is 10th or 12th pass, depending on the police recruitment requirements.
