Regarding the Benefits of SARTHI-Implemented Competitive Exam Training Programs for the Year 2024-25

SARTHI (Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research, Training, and Human Development Institute) has initiated pre-examination training programs for the year 2024-25. These programs are designed for the following competitive exams:

  • MPSC (Judicial Services)
  • MPSC (Engineering Services) - Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical
  • Staff Selection Commission (SSC) - Non-Gazetted Posts
  • NABARD, IBPS, and Other Banking Exams

  • Selection of a Single Program:

If a candidate appears in the merit/waitlist of more than one competitive exam training program, they must select only one program as per their preference and requirement.

The candidate's choice will be final, and no changes will be allowed once the selection has been made through the online form.

  • Procedure for Program Selection:

Candidates listed in the provisional merit/waitlist must contact the designated institutes mentioned for each program to gather complete information about the program.

Before filling out the coaching selection option in the online form, candidates should thoroughly review the details of the programs.

The option once filled in the online form cannot be modified.

  • Mandatory Link Submission:

All candidates must fill out the training institute selection link available on the SARTHI website before the specified deadline.

  • Document Verification and Admission:

For final admission, candidates must appear in person for document verification on the specified date and time.

If a candidate fails to attend the verification process, the opportunity will be given to the next eligible candidate from the merit/waitlist.

Admissions will be granted based on the capacity of the empaneled training institutes.

Roles and Regulations

Eligibility and Selection

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by SARTHI for specific training programs.Only candidates from designated categories (Maratha, Maratha-Kunbi, and Kunbi) are eligible.

Students who have already availed benefits under SARTHI or other similar schemes, such as Mahajyoti, are not eligible for the program

Training Institute Selection

Candidates can select only one program or training institute if listed in multiple merit/waitlists.They must fill in their choice of training institute through the link provided on the SARTHI website.

The choice once submitted is final and cannot be altered.

Attendance and Performance

A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for all training sessions.Candidates must achieve at least 35% in regular tests conducted by the training institutes to qualify for stipends and benefits.

Stipends and Allowances

Monthly stipends are provided based on attendance and test performance.

One-time incidental allowances are also provided after meeting attendance and performance criteria

Training Format

Training will strictly be in offline mode. Online or hybrid training formats are not permitted.

Document Verification

Selected candidates must attend the document verification process on the specified date and time.

Failure to attend the verification process will result in forfeiting the seat, which will then be allocated to the next eligible candidate from the waitlist
